One can perform this purification via the use of a warm, isotonic saline solution poured through the nasal passages directly from the Neti Pot. This instructional video clearly outlines the steps for conducting Neti Pot cleansing along with some helpful post-cleansing exercises. One can administer the Ayurvedic technique "Nasayam," oil nose drops, after completely clearing the passageways of water if desired.
