Editor's Note from Brian Critchley: As I write this, it's a balmy 88 degrees here in New Jersey (at 9pm!) We're all aware of the hot yoga style that's become popular at studios across the country, but in this video we can see that yoga also offers us cooling techniques to help regulate the body's temperature and relieve heat-related headaches.
