Yoga can actually bring up strong emotions, so for some people with serious depression it can be overwhelming. If you just "have the blues" yoga is very effective at helping with that and should make you feel very good.

Only minute cases of depression can be healed with yoga. I am suffering from chronic depression since three years and I have tried everything there is to get rid of it. It doesn’t work that way. It is hard to get it off once you get it. my response
