Well, your breath is what provides energy to each and every cell of your body. It’s your breath that helps to connect your mind and body. It’s your breath that will allow you to breathe in positivity and breathe out negativity. It’s your breath that will allow you to breathe out the tension in your joints, such as your hips. Breathing properly means the breath originates in your belly versus your chest. You want full, deep breaths versus short, shallow breaths. Let the following video help you better understand the three-part yogic breath."
