Editor's Note: Wow what a nutrient rich recipe. All the vitamins and minerals you need for a meal. To name a few Omega 3, Vitmain A,folic acid., calcium. And vitamin D. It would be great for breakfast as well as quick dinner meal! I always tell my clients to eat from the rainbow...green, orange, white and i would throw in red and yellow as well. You could experiment in adding more. Enjoy.
