Cara Ryan is the founder of Bella Vita Wellness, an RYT, a Level 1 children's yoga instructor and an AADP Certified Holistic Health Coach. She received her certfications through Yoga to the People, Little Flower Yoga and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is happy to join the ATH team as the Co-Editor of the "Think Green" page. Cara believes that nutrition extends past just what you are eating into how you are taking care of yourself in terms of your lifestyle. Nourishment over nutrition is her goal for herself and clients.
