 Project Empowerment: The Pixel Project

Editor's Note from Carol Olsen: The Pixel Project (www.thepixelproject.net), is a virtual volunteer-led global non profit organization taking the Violence Against Women cause into the 21st century through innovative, powerful viral campaigns across various online and virtual channels including social media. The Pixel Project is a worldwide coalition of activists and volunteers using the power of the internet to mount a global effort to raise awareness about and mobilize millions to get involved with ending violence against girls and women. We strongly believe that men and women must take a stand together for the right of women to live a life free of gender-based violence. This post is an interview of Regina Yau, the Founder and President. The Pixel Project is an example of building a driving force of volunteers working together around the globe.
