 Theraband Loop Exercises For Gluteus Medius

 

 


Editor's Note from Jeffery Tucker: I want to provide the finest rehabilitation & performance methods, integrated into Chiropractic care to enhance clients' lives. One of the most common problems I see in my low back pain and hip pain clients is Gluteus medius muscle weakness. These are two of the most common corrective exercises I have clients perform. These exercises are performed daily for 3-weeks at home to improve hip abductor strength. Clients use a resistance level of 10-15RM (the maximum resistance that allows only 10 to 15 repetitions).
